There was once a professional chef named Ellie who had a love of food since a very young age and had pursued her culinary passions through her entire lifetime. She was a well-known chef on the North Shore of Boston who just as easily whipped up dinner for 300 or an impromptu feast for 4 friends.

Among her specialties, Ellie made her own extraordinary salad dressing that all her friends and customers absolutely adored. On a "girls" ski-weekend in Maine, the concept of sharing this beloved salad dressing with the world was born.

Ellie, a leftie, along with three of the "girls", Darnell, Barbie and Heidi (coincidentally also all lefties), decided to collaborate to make this concept a reality and started Ellie's Going Green.

Ellie, Darnell, Barbie and Heidi invite you to reap the benefits of their passion by enjoying the first of their fresh homemade products. They are happy to share it with all of you.
